The river dredger with cutter head is available in self-propelled or non-self-propelled configurations, featuring a portable design with a dismantle-and-box-like structure for easy transportation and assembly. The power system can be customized as electric or diesel-driven according to customer requirements.
Key components include traversing device, cutter ladder lifting device, spuds, and deck crane. The dredging process involves the cutter head cutting underwater sediment into slurry, which is then pumped through pipelines to the designated discharge location.

The dredger features a low-profile design for bridge clearance, with detachable control and rest rooms. The three-pontoon structure (main pontoon + two side pontoons) is connected by high-intensity bolts for stability.

Cutter Head: 5-blade design with 8 teeth per blade, made of high-chromium material for wear resistance. Hydraulic motor driven with lubrication seal-in units.
Smaller models (JMD350 and below) can be transported by containers, while larger units are shipped as bulk cargo. The detachable design allows for road transportation via trucks.
We provide on-site assembly support with two experienced engineers, along with operator training. With proper ancillary equipment, assembly can be completed within 10 days, followed by one week of training.
