18 Inch China Port Desilting Cutter Head Dredger For River Dredging

This dismantle-type non-self-propelled cutter head dredger is suitable for dredging operations in inland waters and coastal areas, handling soil types including fine sand, clay, silt, and coarse sand.

The hull consists of five pontoons (one main and four side) made of full steel welding, connected with specially designed pieces for easy assembly/disassembly. All main components can be dismantled for transportation by sea, rail, or road.

The dredger features one diesel engine driving the dredge pump and includes a harbor generator on deck.

The dredger includes traversing device, cutter ladder lifting device, spuds, and deck crane. Operation involves cutting underwater sand into slurry mixture, pumping through pipeline to discharge location.

Applications include river dredging, desilting, reclamation for channels and land, particularly for sand dredging in rivers, salty water, or calm seas.
