Up to 700mm Suction Diameter Dredging Ship 50meters in Length for Large Scale Dredging Operations

The heart of our dredging ship features a robust 650kW pump shaft power system, enabling efficient suction and transport of large material volumes. With total power output of 2437kW, this vessel handles the most demanding dredging projects with ease.

Propelled by a reliable diesel engine, the dredger ensures optimal performance and maneuverability in various water conditions. The diesel propulsion system delivers necessary power to reach dredging sites quickly and operate effectively.

Designed as a dismantle-type non-self-propelled cutter suction dredger, it's ideal for dredging soil types II-IV (fine sand, clay, silt, coarse sand) in inland and coastal waters. The full steel welded hull comprises five pontoons (one main, four side) with specially designed connecting pieces for easy assembly and transportation.

The 2.2 meter cutter diameter efficiently loosens and breaks up compacted seabed materials, significantly enhancing dredging productivity. This versatile vessel excels in marine construction, maintenance, and dredging projects including channel clearing, port construction, and land reclamation.

Equipped with traversing device, cutter ladder lifting device, spuds and deck crane, the dredger works by cutting underwater sand into slurry mixture, pumping it through pipelines to discharge locations.

Our service includes sending 2 qualified engineers to direct installation and training (with 6-8 local workers assisting), typically completing in 10-15 days. Engineers arrive within 3 days of equipment delivery, followed by comprehensive performance testing.

The dredging ship is securely packed in wooden crates with foam padding for protection. Shipping via freight carrier includes tracking information. All main components can be dismantled for transport by sea, rail, or road.
