Established in 2008, Qatar Shipyard Technology Solutions represents Qatar's premier marine engineering facility. Located in Ras Laffan Industrial City's Erhama Bin Jaber Al Jalahma shipyard—strategically positioned near LNG terminals—the facility was inaugurated on November 23, 2010, by His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Father Emir of Qatar. Equipped with world-class infrastructure and technology, the shipyard provided essential support for Spartacus's successful refurbishment.
